Let’s get to know Rachel Biesiada!

Tell us more about your job or company - what led you to this focus?

I worked in corporate hotel sales for almost a decade and wanted something new. This type of hotel is incredibly unique and offers a new experience for corporate clients that I think they will love!

What’s the best advice you’ve ever received?

Don’t be afraid to ask for help and don’t stand in your own way.

What advice would you give someone just starting in your industry?

Learn from everyone around you! Our industry is full of some amazing people with totally different experiences.

Why did you pursue a career in your industry? What do you like most about it?

I pursued a career in hospitality because there is so much room for growth. There are so many paths in my field. When you work in hospitality, every day is different, and you are rarely bored.

What is the biggest lesson you’ve learned so far in your career?

It’s not a mistake until you make it twice.

What are three things you like to do in your free time?

Read, practice yoga, and getting outside!
