Member Spotlight: Mooch & Mel – Taking Entrepreneurship to the Next Level

Health and wellness-minded entrepreneurs Christina Muccio and Melissa Dlugolecki, co-founders of MOVE. with Mooch and Mel, built their six-figure business in just five months.  Not bad given they just met two years ago.

But perhaps their rapid success shouldn’t come as a surprise.  Health and wellness education have always been a central point in their lives.

Mooch’s mother was a personal trainer; her father a professional weight lifter.  Performing gymnastics at an early age, she would soon compete in the Junior Olympics at age 10.  Her father also believed Mooch could become a good sprinter.  After losing him to ALS, Mooch’s addiction to the competition on the track only grew, turning her passion into a Division One college career. After graduation, she went corporate, and ended up following her passion and became a B/Spoke instructor and a Barry’s Bootcamp trainer.

Melissa (Mel) was also a college athlete and a marathon runner.  Staying fit has been in her blood since childhood.  After pursuing a career as an educator and teacher, life came to a sudden and tragic halt after her baby daughter succumbed to NEC (sick gut).  While others might have given up, Melissa came out of the tragedy with a new sense of purpose, becoming a life coach and gut-health educator in order to help others improve themselves.

A chance meeting at Mooch’s bootcamp class in February 2018 (Melissa’s hungover brother vomited) and a cup of coffee later, the two created their business plan in just four hours at a follow-up meeting over tequila shots and margaritas.

Since launching MOVE. With Mooch & Mel in June 2018 to help women treat, heal and trust their gut, Mooch and Mel have integrated their tested and proven online courses with personal training, life coaching, yoga instruction, gut health and nutrition education.

In September, due to widening demand for their coaching services (and a larger audience), the two like-minded entrepreneurs created an additional program called 90DayCEO that helps men and women entrepreneurs identify growth strategies so that they can unleash their best selves both in mindset and in business.

Now they are transforming the lives of hundreds of members that span as far as Australia by serving as a one-stop-shop life, business and fitness coach for those looking to make a larger impact on the world.

If you’re looking to feel more energized while losing weight, gaining muscle and transforming yourself into a better YOU, becoming a MOVE.er might just be for you.

Follow Mooch and Mel on Facebook or Instagram.  And be sure to tune in to their weekly podcast 90DayCEO.  For immediate health, nutrition and business advice, check out their blog.
