Rooftop Yoga w/ Sunset Dinner
Join BostonYPA every two weeks for rooftop yoga at Energize Boston! The evening starts with a 45 minute yoga flow that is open to all levels followed by a healthy and nutritious dinner from Energize. Watch the sun set over the famous Citgo sign while you mingle with your friends and fellow yogi’s! This is an evening of relaxation you won’t want to miss and they’ll be hosted through the end of September!
Mirbeau Inn and Spa
Looking for a reason to get out of the city for a day of relaxation? Hop in the car and head down to Plymouth to check out their incredible spa, Mirbeau! Located in the Pine Hills is this incredible inn and spa! Book a service with the spa and you’ll have access to their facilities for the day. They have a bistro, yoga studio, gym, outdoor hot tub, solarium, heated foot bath, steam room, relaxation room and so much more! This spa is absolutely worth the drive!
Have a Picnic at the Commons
Anyone who has come to Boston has probably heard of or visited the Commons but have you ever actually sat down to enjoy it? Pack up your favorite lunch, grab a blanket and enjoy the peaceful nature and people watching the Commons has to offer.

Need a moment of solace by the water? There are tons of spots in Boston for you to sit down and take a moment among the hustle and bustle. Of course you can find a multitude of spots out in Seaport like the Summer Street Steps or Fan Pier Park. On the opposite sides, you could check out the Charles River Esplanade or Castle Island’s walking paths in Southie. Needless to say, the opportunities are endless!
